As an experienced,
educated credit advisor, my role with CENTUM Pathfinder Mortgage
is to support my clients through every step of the mortgage
acquisition process. I will take responsibility for coordinating
the entire mortgage application, underwriting, approval and
funding process for you -- leaving you with the peace of mind
that I am committed to getting you the best mortgage rate
and terms available.
In 1988, I began a management consulting business offering
my extensive financial, human resources, computer training
and management expertise with many small and medium sized
corporations. In 1998, I joined an international software
developer as CFO and Vice President Corporate Administration.
Following this role, I began working as a mortgage specialist
in the Markham area and launched CENTUM Pathfinder Mortgage
Corp. in August, 2004.
CENTUM Pathfinder Mortgage Corp. serves the entire York region
and GTA. We are always striving to provide our clients with
the highest level of service and to introduce them to extensive
products and choices they did not know existed.
